Mr. Aldrich currently serves as the Senior Business Analyst in the Information Technology department of LSB Industries, Inc. since August 2017. LSB Industries, Inc. manufactures and sells chemical products for the agricultural, mining, and industrial markets from our facilities in Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. He specializes in the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) 9.2, in addition to the Hubble by insightsoftware.com Budgeting and Reporting tool, and the Viziya work order scheduling tool.
Mr. Aldrich has spent 15 years in the agricultural industry, including 12 years as a Senior Business Analyst/Developer for MFA Oil Company, a billion-dollar petrochemical Missouri-based agricultural retail cooperative. From 2002 to 2003, he was the editor for the online edition of Today’s Farmer magazine.
Mr. Aldrich has spent 15 years working with Oracle JD Edwards E1, working with versions ranging from an iSeries-based implementation of Xe to a cloud implementation of 9.2. In addition to LSB and MFA Oil Company, he served as the JD Edwards ERP Architect for Ply Gem, an external home products manufacturer based in Cary, North Carolina.
Mr. Aldrich holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University – Missouri. He also holds a BA in Mathematics from Truman State University. He is also a Professional Scrum Product Owner I and Professional Scrum Master I, certified by Scrum.org. He also holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership & Management from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business, and a Master Certificate in IS/IT Project Management from Villanova University. He is also a Certified Professional Coach.
Mr. Aldrich enjoys traveling, He has been to all 50 US states plus the District of Columbia, all 10 Canadian provinces, as well as Mexico and Australia. He is an avid fan of National Parks and is a Lifetime Member of the Death Valley Natural History Association.
